23 Things I am Thankful for on the 23rd #NationalGratitudeMonth
On November 1st, I challenged my readers to create a gratitude log for each day up until Thanksgiving. Here is mine:
I AM THANKFUL & GRATEFUL FOR...
November 1st - The health and wellness community I am a part of. It keeps growing and I get to meet amazing likeminded individuals.
November 2nd - Having a job I love that allows me to empower people to make healthier choices every day.
November 3rd - The support of family and friends who are always there for me and who motivate me to keep following my passion.
November 4th - Having access to food that nourishes my body and clean water to hydrate.
November 5th - Patriots Bye week, so I️ can get out of the house today and spend time with my Mom, who I am also thankful for!
November 6th - Sweater weather and warm clothing.
November 7th - The right to vote.
November 8th - Waking up in a warm bed in a warm home.
November 9th - The kindness of strangers.
November 10th - Making the T just before the doors closes.
November 11th - All the Veterans for their service. Happy Veterans Day!
November 12th - Brunch with good friends.
November 13th - Monday’s. They’re a fresh start and a new week ahead.
November 14th - The snooze button.
November 15th - Broadway shows.
November 16th - Shonda Rimes for TGIT - Grey's Anatomy, Scandal, and How To Get Away With Murder.
November 17th - Vacations, Daycations, and Staycations
November 18th - My best friend Michelle for being my non-biological sister and understanding me when I'm cray cray and ridiculous.
November 19th - Sunshine, fresh air, and nature.
November 20th - Sleep.
November 21st - My health. 21 days of No Drink November and No [Added] Sugar November will be completed tonight!
November 22nd - My loving, driven, and supportive boyfriend who makes me feel special each and every day.
November 23rd - Food, Family, & Football ... and last, but not least, myself.
