Beth is a Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach based in Boston, Massachusetts. Ever since she was young, Beth has always been a social butterfly with a penchant for understanding people. Her natural ability to help friends, family, and colleagues develop sustainable habits to live healthier lifestyles while understanding exactly what they needed in terms of accountability, led her to explore the industry of Health and Wellness as a career rather than just a hobby. Balance By Beth™ was born from her passion for health and wellness and her belief that a healthy lifestyle is all about balance.
Many things can get in the way of eating right and exercising, but despite busy schedules, bad days, and social obligations, it is totally possible to stay on track. She's worked with many people - probably similar to you - who were ready to transform their lives through small changes to their diet, exercise, and mindset, but didn't know how to get started.
Beth has committed her life to helping others practice the “big changes in small steps” approach. This model creates a small shift in habit that has a big impact on overall health, weight management, energy levels, and mood, so that individuals can live confidently within a healthy mind, body, and soul. Beth helps her clients improve their wellbeing, achieve their goals, and form positive habits to live a balanced life, while guiding them to become the best version of themselves.
Beth is a self-love advocate who believes in body positivity, self-confidence, and gratitude. She values all things balance, fitness, and making time for self-care. In her free time, you can find her indoor cycling, boxing, cooking, at the beach, or planning her next international trip. Beth received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a minor in Education from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and is a Certified Health Coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition®.
